Information we need for better understanding your problem:

Every time you contact us in order to get help please provide the following information

  • COBRA version number you use;
  • COBRA log file COBRA_Operational.log located in C:/ COBRA_Operational;
  • Parameter (xxm) file you use;
  • Files preprocd_proj.000 and logged_proj.000 from Cobra working directory (a default working directory is a folder where Cobra resides);
  • Screenshot of typical input view;
  • Central axial (equatorial) slice.  

In many cases the best way to get help is uploading your data to our FTP. The Exxim team can then have a better understanding of the particular problem.
